TOGA® System
The TOGA® System consists of the TOGA® Sleeve Stapler, the TOGA® Restrictor, and accessories.
The TOGA® Sleeve Stapler
The TOGA Sleeve Stapler creates a sleeve along the lesser curve by connecting the anterior and posterior walls of the stomach in a full-thickness staple line.
Features of the TOGA Sleeve Stapler:
- Uses standard titanium staple technology
- Flexible, 20mm diameter shaft
- Bougie-style tip rides over a guidewire for introduction
- Channel to accommodate a standard endoscope up to 8.6mm diameter
- Distance markings for positioning
- Retraction wire enables positioning of stomach tissue
- Utilizes suction to capture tissue for stapling
The TOGA® Restrictor
The TOGA Restrictor is used to reduce the size of the outflow tract of the new sleeve, by gathering tissue and stapling to create pleats
Features of the TOGA Restrictor:
- Uses standard titanium staple technology
- Flexible, 15.5mm diameter shaft
- Soft tip rides over a guidewire for introduction
- Endoscope may be placed alongside for viewing
- Utilizes suction to capture tissue for stapling
